Exercise and massage have both been proven to lower stress and improve mental wellbeing. They both also have massive benefits in improving posture, correcting muscle imbalances, and reducing muscular aches and pains.

Pilates classes can be booked either at an hourly rate for large companies or a per participant price for smaller companies.
Postural assessments and mobile massage services can also be provided in your workplace.
