All of my services are delivered in safe and welcoming environments. I really feel strongly about a whole body approach to health, this includes your mental health as well as your physical health. All my treatments are tailored to each individual client, making sure we are always working towards your own goals and health aims.

Some of my services are currently available online, such as 1:1 Pilates. I offer both sports and pregnancy massage appointments from a treatment room in Taplow. Mobile appointments are also available covering a 7 mile radius from Maidenhead. This includes, Marlow, Bourne End, Bracknell, Taplow, Burnham, Winkfield, Binfield and Cookham. Mobile appointments are subject to additional travel charges if outside of the 7 mile radius.
