What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact, mat based exercise style suitable for absolute beginners, gym lovers and anything in between. Pilates works with 6 main principles; centring, concentration, control, breath, precision and flow, to help improve your posture, co-ordination, balance, strength and flexibility. Pilates is also great for helping to prevent injuries and recover from them. This is due to working on very precise movements and targeting the smaller muscles that help with joint strength and stability.
My background in dance has a strong influence on my teaching style and my classes. I like to keep my classes light hearted and enjoyable as well as getting a good sweat on to make you feel fab!

If you are looking to book pregnancy Pilates sessions these are booked as private Pilates sessions.

Private Pilates
Online 1-to-1 Pilates sessions. Sessions are 30 minutes and can be booked as frequently as you like. You will get a tailor made exercise plan to help you achieve your health goals. In each session we will add and adapt exercises as you progress and I will be able to correct your technique to ensure you are practising correctly.
Prices:
£20 per session
£90 for 5 sessions
£175 for 10 sessions
